Deal Sourcing

Operating across the length and breadth of South Africa and on behalf of our clients, we identify opportunities in the commercial residential sector that meet our clients’ requirements and financial objectives. This unique capability has proven to be a preferred commercial residential acquisition approach for clients who do not have the time to source such deals in the open market. Our unique skills and experience include:

  • Identifying and securing the deal for our clients;
  • Conducting a thorough deal analysis including location analysis, market and financial feasibility analysis;
  • Packaging the deal for submission to various funders, including development finance institutions;
  • Where required, negotiate the best funding structure with the funders on behalf of our clients.

For buyers, we source quality properties in high demand locations across SA. This not only saves our client time but also gives them greater flexibility to choose from a wide pool of opportunities.

For sellers, we connect you with verified and qualified buyers who are looking to invest in high quality properties. We take the time to conduct an assessment of the client to make sure that we match them with the property that meets their requirements.
